Is it permissible to borrow from banks (whether usurious or Islamic) to build a slaughterhouse, knowing that the project will be successful?

It is permissible to deal with Islamic banks that adhere to the provisions of Islamic Sharia (definition) in buying and selling through methods such as Murabaha to the one who commands the purchase (Murabaha lil-amir bil-shira') and parallel Istisna' (manufacturing contract). There is no objection to dealing with banks like Qatar International Islamic Bank and Qatar Islamic Bank to conduct these transactions.
