Is marketing for a company that provides tracking and technical support services for online stores and customers permissible (halal), knowing that the company buys damaged or lost products from the store and sends them to the customer, in addition to marketing its services to customers as "shipping protection"?

There is no objection to tracking a shipment. However, protecting it and pledging to replace it if it is damaged, lost, or defective constitutes prohibited insurance. Therefore, it is not permissible to work as a marketer for this company, as it involves promoting what is forbidden and assisting in sin, for Allah Almighty says: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression﴾ [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. The one who assists others incurs the sin of those he has assisted.
