Is it permissible to apply the term "devil worship" to a daily work pattern that consumes most of an employee's time, thereby reducing their time for worship and family?

We hope that for an employee who is diligent in observing the obligatory duties, his work and earnings will be considered an act of worship to Allah, provided he adheres to the legal regulations and spends his money on himself, his family, and his relatives. He must also be keen on combining earning with learning and giving his family their due rights, as was the practice of the Companions and the Pious Predecessors.
