The ruling on Salatul Tasabih has been previously explained. A wife must obey her husband in his oath to prevent him from breaking it. Entering the sister's house, regarding the oath, depends on the husband's intention or the prevailing custom. If he intended the houses of relatives, or if the custom includes the sister's house, then entering it leads to breaking the oath; otherwise, it does not.
