The partner who breached the agreement and bought counterfeit equipment guarantees the capital, and the sin falls upon him alone. The other partner has no relation to the forbidden goods and is not obligated to take a share of them. It is not permissible to sell counterfeit devices as long as they bear the company's logo, unless the logo is removed or permission is obtained from the rights holder.
