Will the repentance of one who repeatedly committed sodomy, masturbation, and viewed forbidden things, including in Ramadan, while ignorant of their prohibition, then repented sincerely after learning of the prohibition, be accepted? Will he be deprived of seeing the Face of Allah, or be cursed, or punished in the Fire or the grave, despite his repentance? Is there an expiation for what he did, especially in Ramadan? Can he enter the highest Firdaws and memorize the Quran after what has transpired from him?

If you repent with sincere and true repentance, Allah will forgive your sin, no matter how great it was, because the mercy of Allah encompasses all things, and the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. Allah has promised forgiveness for the sins of those who repent, as stated in His Almighty saying: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" As for what you did during the daytime in Ramadan that invalidates the fast, the preponderant opinion is that you are not required to make up for it if you were ignorant that this action nullifies the fast.
