It is advisable to make up for what has passed, work on strengthening faith, and abandon bad habits. Semen is pure, and if the hand is washed from it, it is permissible to hold the Mushaf (Qur'an) with it. One should turn away from the whispers of Satan. Forgetting the Qur'an, if due to negligence and without a valid excuse, is a sin. Lowering the gaze from women is obligatory, and one must be mindful of Allah's constant observation. A sudden glance is not held against a person if they avert their gaze immediately.
