What is the ruling on the circulating supplication: "Oh Allah, You see him; if You see my father as a sinner, then forgive him; if You see him sad, then gladden his heart; if You see him joyful, then perfect his joy; if he is ill, then, Lord, heal him; if he is troubled, then, Lord, remove his trouble; if he is exhausted, then give him glad tidings of immense reward; and if he is deceased, then have mercy on him and admit him to Your spacious Gardens, O Most Gracious, Most Merciful – Amen, Oh Allah, spread this supplication for the sake of your father"?
