It is not possible to rule on whether a triple divorce is binding or not, except by knowing with certainty what was uttered by the husband. Did he repeat the divorce three times with the intention of establishing a new divorce each time, or with the intention of emphasizing a single divorce? And was what he uttered thereafter intended as a divorce or something else? Therefore, the matter must be presented to the courts for adjudication, because the judge's ruling resolves disputes and his order is executed. If you are still under his marital bond, you must return to him and obey him. Otherwise, you would have known that there is no relationship between you, and you are free to marry other men.
