Does a chair count as a Sutrah if one of its legs is not in front of me in a way that blocks passersby?

It is recommended to place a barrier (sutrah) in front of a worshipper, its height being a cubit or close to it. Taking a chair as a sutrah is sufficient, and the passage of people behind the chair does not cause any harm.
