Is it permissible to invest in a company that operates on a beach frequented by semi-naked individuals and plays loud music, and would one be sinful merely by subscribing to the capital of such a company?

It is not permissible to invest in a company that operates on the beach during summer, as those who frequent it predominantly engage in forbidden acts. This is because such investment constitutes aiding in falsehood, and Allah Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." The shareholder's personal absence does not make this permissible. One should fear Allah and seek lawful sustenance, for the ways of lawful earning are many, and provision is decreed.
