Sleeping with a girl and having intercourse with her before the marriage contract is explicit zina (fornication/adultery), and repentance and seeking forgiveness are obligatory. 4. Marriage cannot be concluded online. 5. All communication with the girl must be cut off. If you wish to marry her, the aqd (marriage contract) must take place in the presence of her walī (guardian) or his representative, two just witnesses, and with a formula indicative of the contract. It is recommended to ensure the girl is not pregnant by waiting one menstrual cycle before the contract.
