Is it permissible for a man to pray the obligatory prayers and Tarawih in congregation with his wife at home due to the absence of a mosque or nearby Muslims?

Congregational prayer in the mosque is obligatory for both residents and travelers, and it is only obligatory for those who can hear the adhan from the mosque without loudspeakers. Thus, for someone whose house is far from the mosque such that they cannot hear the adhan, congregational prayer in the mosque is not obligatory for them. It is permissible for them to pray in their home congregationally with their family, and this is better than praying alone. The reward for prayer increases with the greater number of worshippers in the congregation, whether for obligatory or supererogatory prayers. This is based on what An-Nasa'i and Abu Dawud narrated from Ubayy ibn Ka'b that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man's prayer with another man is purer than his prayer alone, and his prayer with two men is purer than his prayer with one man. And the more numerous they are, the more beloved it is to Allah the Almighty."
