How authentic is the Hadith: "When the night of mid-Sha'ban comes, spend its night in prayer and its day in fasting," reported by Ibn Majah, and is it possible to ascertain the Hadiths narrated by Ibn Majah regarding the night of mid-Sha'ban and their authenticity?

There are multiple hadiths narrated concerning the night of mid-Sha'ban, among them the hadith: "When it is the night of mid-Sha'ban, spend its night in prayer and its day in fasting..." This hadith was weakened by Al-Albani. There is also the hadith of Aisha regarding the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, being lost and his descent to Al-Baqi', which was weakened by Al-Bukhari, Al-Tirmidhi, and Al-Daraqutni. However, Al-Albani authenticated the hadith of Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari, which states that Allah looks down on the night of mid-Sha'ban and forgives all of His creation except for an idolater or a hypocrite.
