The inheritance is what the deceased leaves behind of rights and wealth. The financial compensation for the demolished house is divided among the heirs according to each heir's share. As for the house that the state compensates the resident with, it is a right for the resident, not for the heirs.
Regarding what you are entitled to in rent from your brother, if you demanded it and your brother did not give you anything, then your right to it is established. However, if you did not demand it for a long time, the default is that you have donated it to your brother.
