Is sacrificing a Hady after Umrah considered part of the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and how can this Sunnah be applied in the present day?

Among the abandoned Sunnahs is the driving of the sacrificial animal (hady) for the 'Umrah (definition) pilgrim to Makkah, as it is authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) drove the hady with him during the 'Umrah of Hudaybiyah. "Al-Ish'ar" means piercing the hump of the camel to mark it as a hady. Some scholars are of the view that whoever buys a hady from the Haram (definition) area is legislated to take it out to the non-sacred area (Al-Hill) and then return with it. It is also permissible to appoint someone else to drive the hady on one's behalf.
