Is it permissible for a servant to say: "By the permission of Allah and by the will of Allah, I am in Paradise"? And is this considered to be having a good presumption of Allah?

A servant should not say, "I am in Paradise," for this entails self-praise and speaking of the unseen, and Allah has forbidden self-praise. Ibn Kathir reported that Umar said, "Whoever says: 'He is in Paradise,' then he is in Hellfire." Umar ibn al-Khattab and Abdullah ibn Salam, both of whom were given tidings of Paradise, feared Allah's cunning and did not attribute themselves to Paradise, out of humility and fear of conceit. If this was their state, then what about others?
