Does a person's striving to acquire the characteristics mentioned in Surat Al-Mu'minun (verses 1-9) guarantee him the inheritance of Al-Firdaws with minimal effort, or are these characteristics fundamental and must be coupled with many good deeds?

Whoever is characterized by the traits mentioned in the verse—which entitle one to inherit Al-Firdaws—is hoped to be among the people of Al-Firdaws. There are other reasons for entering Al-Firdaws, including: jihad, supplication, and increasing good deeds, for Allah the Almighty said: "Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds—they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging." And in the Hadith: "Indeed, there are a hundred levels in Paradise which Allah has prepared for the Mujahideen in His cause… So, when you ask Allah, ask Him for Al-Firdaws."
