How can one deal with heirs who refuse to sell the deceased's car, which is in the possession of his widow who has the authority to sell it from the Hasbi Council due to the presence of a minor daughter, knowing that the car is unusable and needs maintenance?

The inherited car is the property of all heirs, and each heir has their rightful share in it. If one of the heirs requests its sale, the others are compelled to sell, as stated in "Kashshaf al-Qina'." If the car is out of order, its sale price is divided among the heirs according to their rightful shares. If it requires repair or renewal of documents to be sold, the cost thereof is borne by all heirs, each according to their share.
