Is the liquidator legally responsible for returning the money of those working with her after she was defrauded by the first party and did not receive her dues?

It is not permissible to delay workers' wages beyond their due time, which is upon completion of the work or the end of the agreed-upon period. Delaying them without an excuse is considered an injustice. Allah Almighty has commanded that wages be given immediately upon completion of the work. It was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Give the laborer his wages before his sweat dries." This is a metaphor for the obligation to promptly give wages immediately after the work is finished. As Allah Almighty said: "There are three whose opponent I will be on the Day of Resurrection: ... and a man who hired a laborer and got full measure from him but did not give him his wages."

Just as it is forbidden for the one who hired you to delay your wages, it is likewise forbidden for you to delay the workers whom you have enlisted, because they are laborers under you. If you do not have money, ask them for a delay and explain the reason for the delay.
