What is the ruling on abortion in the case of a divorced woman who became pregnant through adultery and wishes to abort the fetus, and is it permissible for her to marry the man from whom she became pregnant while she is pregnant?

It is permissible for the fornicator to marry the woman with whom he committed fornication if both of them repent with sincere repentance. However, if the woman is pregnant, it is not permissible to عقد (contract the marriage) with her until she has given birth. The child is not attributed to the fornicator according to the majority of scholars, though some have held that it is attributed if he claims it. Those who repent must abandon the indecency, regret it, resolve never to return to it, and perform many righteous deeds. It is not permissible to abort the fetus to rid oneself of the shame of fornication.
