Is it permissible for a wife to prioritize serving and accompanying her parents over accompanying her traveling husband who is in need of his marital rights?

A wife must obey her husband and follow him. She is not permitted to stay with her parents to care for them unless they are in dire need. The wife in question is mistaken because her mother is not in need of her, as her sister is with her. Therefore, she must repent to Allah and join her husband. The husband should remind her of Allah and explain what is incumbent upon her, warning her against Allah’s wrath and punishment.
