What should we do with prayer rugs that contain drawings and symbols specific to devil worshipers? Is our prayer on them valid? And are we accountable for the sin of whoever takes them?

Satan worship is a limited and confined deviance, and Muslims are considered immune to such ideas. As for their symbols and the symbols of other religions, such as the cross and the eye within a triangle, Muslims have been commanded to get rid of them by effacing or erasing them and to avoid manufacturing or purchasing them. If these symbols are found on clothes or toys, they must be effaced, covered, or their shape altered, and there is no harm in benefiting from them thereafter.
