Are "Ahl al-Hadith" the Saved Sect that follows the Qur'an and Sunnah?

The Jama'at "Ahl al-Hadith" in India is one of the oldest Islamic movements in the Indian subcontinent. Their call is based on following the Quran and Sunnah according to the understanding of the righteous predecessors (Salaf Sālih), giving them precedence over every other saying and guidance. Their creed is the creed of the righteous predecessors, and their methodological principles are based on:

1. Tawhid (Monotheism): Spreading pure Tawhid in its three categories, especially Tawhid al-Uluhiyyah (Oneness of God's Lordship) and what it necessitates regarding the sovereignty of Allah in all aspects of life. 2. Following (Ittiba'): Emphasizing the following of what is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace be upon him, according to the understanding of the Salaf, rejecting rigid imitation, and advocating for the opening of the door of Ijtihad (independent reasoning). 3. Prioritizing Revelation over Intellect: Prioritizing the Sacred Law over intellect, as they believe that a sound intellect aligns with authentic religious texts. 4. Legitimate Purification (Tazkiyah): Purifying the soul through legitimate means from the Quran and Sunnah, and rejecting innovated purification methods. 5. Warning against Innovations (Bid'ah): Adhering to the Sunnah and avoiding innovations, because innovation is an attempt to improve upon Allah's decree and legislate by opinion. 6. Warning against Weak and Fabricated Hadith: Scrutinizing hadith attributed to the Prophet, peace be upon him, especially concerning beliefs and rulings.
