Is it permissible in a misyaar marriage to waive the right to have children?

Firstly: Misyar marriage is a valid contract if it fulfills its conditions and pillars and is free from impediments. However, it is not preferred due to the harms and corruptions it entails.

Secondly: The agreement between spouses not to procreate: 1. If the agreement is for a temporary period, there is no objection to it. 2. If the agreement is not to procreate forever, this is a matter of scholarly disagreement. The correct view is that this condition is void, even if the contract itself is valid, because it contradicts the objectives of Islamic law regarding procreation and reproduction, and it is not permissible to adhere to it.
