Is the seer considered sinful if she did not believe her vision of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, due to a deficiency in his descriptions, knowing that her vision regarding admission to the Faculty of Medicine did not come true?

The aforementioned hadith, "Whoever does not believe in a good dream has not believed in Allah and the Last Day," has not been found in the books of Sunnah. A good dream is from Allah, and seeing the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in a dream is true, and Satan cannot impersonate him, but with conditions, one of which is that he be seen in his true form. If the beholder does not believe that it is the Messenger due to a deficiency in his descriptions, then he is not sinful; rather, it is a confirmation of the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "For Satan cannot impersonate me."
