Who is the bringer of good tidings and the warner?

Al-Bashir (the Bearer of Glad Tidings) and Al-Nadhir (the Warner) is the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as Allah the Almighty described him in His saying: "Indeed, We have sent you with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner" and His saying: "And We have not sent you except comprehensively to all mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner." He gives glad tidings to the believers and warns the disbelievers. He gives glad tidings to those who follow him of victory in this world and reward in the Hereafter, and he warns those who disobey him of disgrace in this world and punishment in the Hereafter.
