The answer

If the deceased bequeathed one-third of their wealth to be spent on charitable causes, then their will must be executed. It is not permissible to use it for trade or speculation, except in the manner specified by the deceased, as Allah Almighty says: "So whoever alters it after hearing it, the sin thereof is only upon those who alter it. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."
