Is it permissible to contribute to a project supporting the stock market with money that will not be recovered until after at least one year, and with profits?

It has been previously explained that it is impermissible to invest project funds in prohibited companies and usurious banks. Shareholders must stipulate this. There is no objection to specifying the investment period as one year. Profits should be distributed according to the agreement, and losses, without negligence, should be borne by the capital. The project managers do not guarantee the shareholders' funds, as they are trustees. The contract must be a legitimate mudarabah (profit-sharing partnership).
