Is it impermissible for a non-mahram man to see an old picture of me with my hair uncovered, knowing that I am now veiled?

It is not permissible for a man to look at a picture of a woman who is a stranger to him, especially if her hair is uncovered and she is adorned, due to the temptation and sin involved. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts." It is also forbidden for a woman to enable a strange man to look at her picture, based on the Almighty's saying: "And not display their adornment except what [ordinarily] appears thereof." An exception to this is a suitor looking at a picture of his fiancée, subject to specific conditions.
