ما الدَّليلُ التاريخيُّ غيرُ الإسلاميِّ على وجودِ رسولِ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ، وهل توجدُ آثارٌ له باقيةٌ؟

Those who denied the prophetic mission disbelieved the Prophet’s — peace and blessings be upon him — claim to prophethood and messengership, not his existence. This is because his existence is established by continuous transmission (tawatur), which conveys certain knowledge. The revelation that he — peace and blessings be upon him — brought is authentically attributed to him, and the Quran itself is a proof and clear evidence that it is from Allah. This obviates the need to search for material traces of his person or his nation.
