What is the ruling on the prayer and ablution of one who constantly suffers from uncontrolled flatulence, accompanied by stomach pain and a feeling of pressure in the excretory area? And is his prayer accepted with a single ablution while these symptoms persist?

If the emission of wind is intermittent, such that the afflicted person finds a sufficient period of time to perform ablution and prayer without anything being emitted, then he must wait and pray within this period. A mere feeling of pain or the desire to expel wind does not cause harm. However, if the emission of wind is continuous, then he must perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, and pray the obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers he wishes with this ablution until that time expires, and whatever is emitted from him does not cause harm.
