Is it permissible to expose the grave awrah to a doctor for the treatment of a small penis and the absence of seminal fluid?
Allah has made it obligatory upon the Muslim to guard his 'awrah from the gaze of people, except for his wife and what his right hand possesses, based on the two verses: {And those who guard their private parts. Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors} (Al-Mu'minun: 5-7), and {Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts} (An-Nur: 30). It is permissible to expose the 'awrah to a doctor when there is a recognized need or necessity.
