Is it permissible to expose one's 'awrah to save a brother from a psychological illness stemming from a complex about the size of his penis?

A Muslim must cover their 'awrah (private parts) and it is not permissible to expose them except to one's wife or what one's right hand possesses, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Guard your 'awrah except from your wife or what your right hand possesses." Therefore, it is not permissible to expose the 'awrah to a brother to save him. Rather, he can be treated with supplication, recitation over him, or by permissible means of treatment.
