What is the interpretation of a girl's repeated engagement failures after she had previously rejected a suitor?

The failure of an engagement may be a trial from Allah, so one must be patient and increase in supplication, for marriage is a provision. One should not exaggerate in conditions, rather it is sufficient for the suitor to be of good character and religious, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If there comes to you one whose character and religious commitment you approve, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption." If one fears the evil eye or sorcery, then he should resort to ruqyah (definition) (Islamic exorcism), while being wary of sorcerers and charlatans.
