Is it necessary to change bedding that has been stained with sexual fluids, and is ghusl or wudu required for one who has been stained with those fluids?

If a bed is stained with semen not mixed with other secretions, the bed does not need to be washed, because semen is pure. However, if the liquid is madhy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) or other secretions, then the stained spot must be washed, because it is impure. Ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is obligatory in two cases: first, upon sexual intercourse (insertion of the entire glans), even if ejaculation does not occur. Second, upon the emission of semen, whether with or without intercourse. Thus, ghusl becomes obligatory by ejaculation alone, even if intercourse does not occur; and by intercourse alone, even if ejaculation does not occur; or by both together.
