Is it considered forbidden to conceal business details (profit and loss) from one's wife, especially if this provokes her anger, despite the intention of concealment being in line with the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) recommendation, and the feeling of blessings in undisclosed wealth?

You are not obliged to inform your wife about the money you earn, and she has no right to be angry if you do not tell her, because knowing that is not her right. However, it is advisable to inform her if no harm is feared, in order to gladden her heart and preserve affection. This does not contradict the legitimate concealment that was legislated out of fear of envy. So, if no harm is feared from informing her, there is no objection to that.
