Is buying Chinese products—given that the Chinese state stands against the Syrian people and produces weapons against them—considered supporting them, and what is the ruling on it?

Muslims must unite and support their oppressed brethren by refraining from benefiting aggressive nations and boycotting them economically. Individuals can make a difference by boycotting products, as they are the building blocks of the Ummah, and the cumulative effect of individual actions will become apparent. Every person is responsible for fulfilling what is required of them, and they are not harmed by the failure of others. This has a great impact on one's faith, strength of heart, and the realization of emotional unity with the tormented Muslims.
