How sound is this narration, and what is the ruling on acting upon what is stated therein?

The tradition mentioned in the book "Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din" has no chain of narration (sanad) and was not narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The content of this tradition contradicts Islamic law (Shari'a), especially its statement that whoever abandons acting upon it is wretched. Specifying adhkar (remembrances of God) with certain numbers and times requires evidence; otherwise, it would be considered an additive innovation (bid'ah idafiyyah).
