What is the religious ruling on work that conflicts with prayer times and prevents a worker from performing it congregationally or individually, given the scarcity of available job opportunities and the existence of personal obstacles that increase the difficulty of finding another job?

First: There is no harm in performing prayers at the workplace and not joining the congregation at the mosque, especially when the employer forbids it, because congregational prayer is a Sunnah, not an obligation, according to the majority of scholars. It is permissible to miss it for fear of harm to one's livelihood.

Second: Every prayer must be performed at its legally prescribed time, and it is not permissible to delay it due to work. If you are prevented, you may combine the common prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha) out of need or necessity, provided that it does not become a habit.

Third: If you are in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) and cannot find water for ghusl, or a place to perform ghusl, or if the weather is cold, you may perform tayammum and pray.

Fourth: If your employer absolutely forbids you from praying, and time does not permit combining prayers, you must perform the prayer, for there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to Allah. If you are expelled, Allah Almighty will provide for your sustenance and a way out for you.
