Is a person considered an apostate due to obsessive thoughts related to disbelief during prayer and masturbation, knowing that he does not intend disbelief, performs acts of worship, and takes psychiatric medication?

Passing thoughts and whisperings are not held against you, and sincere repentance is accepted by Allah, no matter how great the sins. Repentance involves abandoning the disobedience, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. These whisperings should not prevent you from marriage, and they do not necessitate torment in the grave or questioning on the Day of Judgment. Feeling humble before Allah is desirable, but feeling disbelief is from the whisperings of Satan. Therefore, you must supplicate, pray, rely on Allah, and seek refuge from Satan, for he has no authority over believers who rely on Allah.
