Is it permissible for a traveling husband to arouse his wife over the phone to the point of intercourse, and vice versa?

The Sharia has permitted spouses to enjoy each other in every permissible way, as Allah Almighty says: "It has been made permissible for you the night of the fast to approach your women. They are clothing for you, and you are clothing for them." (Al-Baqarah: 187).

There is no harm in a man speaking with his wife about intimate matters over the phone, provided they are secure from others overhearing, and any discharge that may occur from either of them is permissible, as long as it is not accompanied by direct touching with the hand or similar actions.
