Do the children of a deceased brother inherit from their deceased paternal aunt?

The nephew inherits from his paternal aunt under specific conditions of non-existence, namely: the non-existence of a male ascendant heir for the deceased, the non-existence of a male descendant heir for her, and the non-existence of a full brother or a paternal brother.
