Which is better and has a greater impact for a Muslim: to frequently glorify and praise Allah (Tasbeeh and Tahmeed) or to seek Allah's forgiveness (Istighfar)?

"Frequent recitation of Tasbih and Tahmid is better than seeking forgiveness alone, because they are among the words most beloved to Allah Almighty, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah), Al-hamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest)," and his saying: "Indeed, the most beloved words to Allah are: Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi (Glory be to Allah and with His praise)."
