Should the suitor be informed about an unnoticeable weakness in one eye?

Severe congenital defects, such as severe visual impairment or blindness in one eye, must be disclosed to the suitor before marriage. Concealing them constitutes deception and fraud, and may establish the option of annulment. If the suitor agrees after being informed, that is more conducive to the continuation of the marriage; otherwise, Allah may replace him with someone better. As for minor, non-impacting defects, there is no obligation to inform the suitor of them, as no deception or fraud results from them.
