Is it necessary to search for a miraculous proof of the Qur’an – be it rhetorical, scientific, or historical – in order to believe in God? And what is the response to the claim that there is no practical difference between the Qur’an and poetry if they are stripped of their contexts?

Belief in Allah the Almighty does not necessitate the search for a rhetorical or scientific miraculous proof. This is evidenced by the fact that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would accept the Islam of anyone who believed in his message without demanding that they search for a miraculous proof. However, contemplating the miraculous nature of the Quran is important and increases faith. As for the claim that there is no difference between the Quran and poetry, it is invalid. The proof of its invalidity is that when the eloquent Arabs heard the Quran, they affirmed that it did not resemble poetry.
