Is a person who remembers God and recites verses from the Qur'an upon seeing something they admire, out of fear of envy, considered envious, as some claim?

One cannot judge whether a person is envious or not without knowing them and their experience. It is advisable to be patient with people's words, avert your gaze from what the eye might harm, and invoke blessings upon something you admire by saying: "Mā shāʾ Allāh, lā quwwata illā billāh" (What God wills [has occurred]; there is no power except through God).
