What is the ruling on tailoring colored men's fabrics and using them as clothing for women?

It is not forbidden for women to wear men's clothing if it is not specific to them, such as the color of the fabric. However, it is forbidden if the clothing is specific to men. A woman wearing a white garment is permissible if its cut is not identical to that of a man's garment. These colors, fabrics, or patterns must not be provocative or eye-catching.
