The general objectives of the judiciary in Islam are to resolve disputes between Muslims according to Allah's حکم (ruling) and to establish justice among people. There is no specific book dedicated solely to this topic. However, one can benefit from general books of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) that categorize issues related to the judiciary.
