The existence of a comprehensive and extensive contemporary fiqh book that details every jurisprudential issue, mentioning every school of thought, its evidence, and the most preponderant opinion, is rare. And if such a book were to exist, it is not advisable for a beginner to start with it. The recommended book is "Fiqh as-" by Shaykh Sayyid Sabiq.
